ONE SMALL CHANGE MAKES ONE BIG DIFFERENCE

Difference in looks, feel, function and overal aesthics. The basement bathroom was just an after thought really. It was a tiny bathroom, it serves its purpose really, it was there to be a convenience to the owners for their guest to wash up when they come in from the pool but it was time to re-image it. The pool was now an active feature of the back yard and this bathroom was getting more usage that what it was intented and so we had to  find a way to come up with a space that can feel larger, fresher, brighter and more functional.

After speding some time with it, one small decision in the space makes all the difference. By just simply cutting up the concrete floor and relocating the toilet bowl to where we have it there now, we were able to put in a large custom vanity, we were even able to expand the shower to pick up a few inches, in a tight bathroom, inches are like feet! As a result, a whole new bathroom with much better layout, updated to meet the demands that is about to come its way this summer!
