A FRESHED UP IS ALL WE NEED SOMTIMES.

Sometimes, you can have the same dramatic updated effect with just sprucing things up a bit, especially when you have a small space and there is not going to be any added value in moving things arround in the room. We were not going to have a better flow, we were not  going to get more space, we could not go left or right, neither could we or did we want to close or move the window. All of thes obstacles opeted up to do the next best thing.

Freshing up the space, update all the fixtures, tiles and millwork in the space.

We added a feature wall, we added a niche, we kepth the main fixtures an pluming items where they were and re-tile the whole bathroom, painted it out and the change in this space was immediatley felt. It was bring, fresh, all new. The owners opted for a black and white theme, we did a custom back vanity, with brass accents, brass medicine cabinet to compliment the black.
