  • Contact and project details you enter in our consultation, estimate, quote, countertop, site-visit, referral-partner or contact forms, such as your name, phone number, email address, project address, project type, budget range, timeline, selections, measurements, notes and any photos or files you upload.
  • Communications you send us by phone, text message, email or social media, and notes we keep from consultations and site visits.
  • Project and billing information if you become a client, such as contracts, designs, selections, schedules, estimates, invoices and payment records. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card or bank account numbers on our website.
  • Referral partner information if you join our partner program, such as your business name, contact details and the information needed to pay referral fees and issue tax forms.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data such as pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, browser and device type, approximate location and the date and time of your visit.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and complete your project:

Financing

We offer financing through independent third-party lenders. If you apply, you do so directly with the lender on their own website, and your application goes straight to them, not through us. We do not collect, see or store your financing application, credit information, income, Social Security number or bank details. If you are approved, the lender notifies us so we can plan your project with you. Your application is handled under the lender’s own privacy policy and terms.

Project photos and reviews

We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website and social media. We do not publish your name or full address with project photos without your permission. If you leave us a review on a third-party site, that site’s own privacy policy applies to it.

Third-party sites and embedded content

Our site includes links to and embedded content from other services, such as video players, maps, review sites, social networks and financing providers. Those services may collect information under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project, honor warranties, and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations. Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for a reasonable time and then deleted or archived.
