This was a new build from the ground up.
Designing a kitchen inside a penthouse environment is a different discipline than remodeling a suburban home. Every delivery, every cabinet run, every appliance install must move through elevators, corridors, and strict building coordination. There is no room for guesswork.
This project was part of a high-rise development where precision mattered. We worked closely with the developer to design and execute kitchens that were clean, functional, and properly integrated into the building’s infrastructure. From cabinetry alignment to appliance specification and finish sequencing, every detail had to be coordinated before a single piece was installed.

Beyond the penthouse build, we were responsible for completing six additional residential kitchen units within the development. Executing multiple kitchens in a vertical setting requires structured scheduling, controlled material flow, and consistent installation standards across every unit. From cabinet alignment to appliance integration and final trim work, each kitchen was delivered with the same level of discipline applied to the penthouse — scaled execution without sacrificing precision.
