Project Description

Hallway Bathroom Remodel in New Rochelle, NY

 “BEFORE” PHOTOS:

This hallway bathroom had taken a beating over the years — something that’s common in homes with young children. The space was original to the house and had never been updated, so while it functioned, it was dated and showing its age. Our client had always planned to remodel it and decided the timing was finally right.

The scope was straightforward: keep the existing footprint, avoid moving plumbing, and focus on improving finishes, function, and overall appearance. This is a shared hallway bathroom, so durability and ease of maintenance were just as important as aesthetics.

One functional issue we addressed early on was ventilation. Proper airflow was necessary to control moisture buildup and protect the new materials long-term, making it an important part of the update.
